While hitchhiking, two vampire buddies are picked up by a lively and curious woman. Yearning for a friendlier world after centuries of living in a society of selfish individuals, they are headed to the Andalusian village of Marinaleda, which is famous for being a successful communist utopia. This naturalistic and fairy-tale road movie is a witty homage to hope that dies last and survives the most unusual encounters. World premiere at the 2023 Rotterdam film festival.
